Roofing has a reputation as an industry where crews are worked hard, paid late and treated as disposable. We built Winning Hand Roofing & Restoration to be a company people want to stay at, because the quality of the work on a roof is directly tied to how the people installing it are treated.
We are a growing business working across Southern Indiana, Middle Tennessee and Kentucky, which means steady work rather than the boom-and-bust cycle of chasing storms from state to state. We are a GAF Certified Residential Roofing Contractor and a CertainTeed ShingleMaster, so the standards we install to are verified rather than assumed, and the training that comes with that is available to our people.
If you take pride in your work, turn up when you say you will and want to be part of a crew that does things properly, we want to hear from you.
We hire across the business. On the installation side we look for experienced roofers and crew leads, along with people starting out who are willing to learn the trade properly from those who already know it. Experience matters, but attitude and reliability matter more, and we will train the right person.
We also hire in sales, estimating and project support. These roles suit people who can talk honestly with homeowners, explain what a roof actually needs without overselling, and manage a job from first call through to final walkthrough. If you have come from another contractor and were uncomfortable with how homeowners were being sold to, you will find this a different environment.
A valid driver’s license is required for most roles. Roofing experience is preferred on installation roles but not essential for every position.
To apply, send your details through the form on this page or give us a call. We respond to every application.
Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or were sent by someone who did. That only happens if you do the job right the first time.
Every roof we install is backed by a workmanship warranty from us and a manufacturer warranty on materials. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we come back and make it right.
