Emergency roof damage being secured after a storm
When You Need Us Now

Stopping the Damage Before It Spreads

Roofs do not fail at convenient times. A tree comes down at two in the morning, or wind takes a section off during a storm that is still going, and every hour after that is water getting into insulation, ceilings, wiring and framing. The difference between a call answered immediately and one answered on Monday is usually measured in thousands of dollars of interior damage that had nothing to do with the roof.

That is why we run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The first job is always the same: stop water reaching the structure. Depending on what has happened that might mean securing an exposed section, dealing with a failed area properly, or making a damaged roof safe until conditions allow the permanent repair.

Emergency work and permanent repair are two separate stages, and we are clear about which one we are doing. Securing a roof in the dark during a storm is about containment. The proper repair happens afterwards, in daylight, once we can see the full picture.

Call us. If the roof is open, do not wait until morning.

What Happens Next

From Emergency Call-Out to Permanent Repair

Once the roof is secure and the weather has passed, we carry out a full inspection. Emergency damage is often accompanied by damage you did not know about, particularly after hail or high wind, and the whole roof needs assessing rather than just the obvious failure.

If it is an insurance matter, and emergency damage usually is, we document everything from the outset. Photographs taken at the time of the emergency response are valuable evidence, and they are much harder to dispute than an assessment made weeks later.

We then give you a written scope and price for the permanent repair, and deal with your adjuster directly through the claim.

What you should do in the meantime: photograph interior damage before you clean anything up, move what you can out of the affected area, and do not get on the roof yourself. A wet, damaged roof is genuinely dangerous and it is not worth it.

five Reasons Homeowners Deal Us In

Winning Hand Roofing & Restoration About Image2
Built on Repeat Customers

Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or were sent by someone who did. That only happens if you do the job right the first time.

When a storm hits, we don’t wait for business hours. Call any time, day or night, and we’ll get someone out to tarp, assess, and stop further damage before it gets worse.
We work directly with your adjuster and document everything with photos and a detailed report. Most homeowners never have to chase down paperwork or fight for what they’re owed.
We carry full licensing and insurance everywhere we work, and our crews are certified to install the systems we recommend. That means proper installation and warranties that actually hold up.

Every roof we install is backed by a workmanship warranty from us and a manufacturer warranty on materials. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we come back and make it right.

Common Questions About Emergency Roofing

Are you really available 24 hours a day?
Yes, seven days a week. Storm damage does not wait for business hours and neither do we.
It depends on where you are and what conditions are like, but emergency calls are prioritised. Call us and we will tell you honestly how long we will be rather than guessing.
Any situation where water is actively getting into the building or the roof has been structurally compromised. Storm damage, a tree strike, a section lifted by wind, or a sudden significant leak all qualify.
Move what you can out of the affected area, place containers under active leaks, and photograph the interior damage before cleaning up. Do not get on the roof yourself.
Usually not, and it is not meant to be. The first job is stopping water reaching the structure. The permanent repair follows once the weather has passed and the roof can be properly assessed.
Emergency mitigation is commonly covered because policies generally require you to prevent further damage. We document everything from the first call so it can be claimed properly.
We will be clear about any call-out costs when you phone, before we come out. You will not get a surprise on the invoice.
No. We will secure your roof regardless and you are free to get other quotes for the full repair.
