Water rarely enters a roof where it appears inside. It tracks along decking, runs down rafters and shows up in a room nowhere near the failure. That is why a repair based on the stain on your ceiling so often does not work, and why the same leak comes back the following season.
We inspect the whole roof rather than the one spot you called about. Most residential leaks trace back to a small number of places: flashing around chimneys, vents and skylights; valleys where two slopes meet and water volume concentrates; the eaves where ice and wind-driven rain get underneath; and individual shingles that have lost their seal or been lifted by wind.
Once we know what actually failed, we tell you whether a repair is genuinely the right answer. Sometimes it is not, and we would rather say so than take money for a fix that buys you one season on a roof that is finished.
We are available 24 hours a day for urgent leaks, and we will secure a roof immediately even if the permanent repair is scheduled for later.
A repair is the right call more often than the roofing industry likes to admit. If the roof is relatively young and the failure is confined to one detail, fixing that detail properly will hold for years. We are not going to talk you into a replacement to make the job bigger.
The line moves when the damage is everywhere at once. Granules across every slope, curling throughout, several unrelated leaks, or a roof past twenty years all mean you are paying to defer a decision rather than solve a problem. We will show you what we found and explain which situation you are in.
Repairs come with the same written scope and fixed price as any other job. You know what is being done and what it costs before we start, and the number does not change halfway through.
Book a free inspection and we will give you a straight answer.
Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or were sent by someone who did. That only happens if you do the job right the first time.
Every roof we install is backed by a workmanship warranty from us and a manufacturer warranty on materials. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we come back and make it right.
