A commercial roof failing is a different problem from a residential one. It is not just water in a ceiling, it is stock, equipment, records and the ability to keep trading. That changes how the work has to be planned: when the crew is on site, how much of the building stays usable, and how quickly a leak gets stopped even if the permanent repair comes later.
We work on commercial and multi-unit property across all three states we operate in. That covers retail units, offices, churches, warehouses, apartment and multi-family buildings, and agricultural and light industrial structures. Much of it is steep-slope or low-rise commercial where the same standing seam metal and architectural shingle systems we install on homes are the right answer at a larger scale.
The fundamentals do not change with the size of the building. The deck has to be sound, the flashing has to be new at every penetration, the ventilation has to work, and the details around units, vents and parapets are where commercial roofs actually fail. What changes is the scale of the consequence when someone cuts a corner.
We start with a free inspection and a written assessment of the whole roof, so you know what you are dealing with before you have to budget for it.
We plan commercial work around how the building is used. That means agreeing access, staging and timing before we start rather than discovering a problem on day one, and keeping the areas you need operational open wherever the work allows.
You get a written scope before anything begins, setting out the work, the materials and the price. That figure does not move partway through. For a business, a contractor who revises the number mid-job is not just irritating, it breaks a budget that was signed off by someone else.
We handle storm and insurance work on commercial property the same way we do residential: full documentation slope by slope, photographed to the standard the insurer requires, and the adjuster conversation handled by us. Commercial claims are larger and get scrutinised harder, which makes the quality of the initial inspection matter more, not less.
We are a GAF Certified Residential Roofing Contractor and a CertainTeed ShingleMaster, fully licensed and insured, and available 24 hours a day if a roof opens up. Call us for a free commercial roof inspection.
Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or were sent by someone who did. That only happens if you do the job right the first time.
Every roof we install is backed by a workmanship warranty from us and a manufacturer warranty on materials. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we come back and make it right.
