Winning Hand Roofing & Restoration is a roofing contractor serving Kingston Springs, TN, homeowners throughout Cheatham County. We provide roof repair, roof replacement, storm and hail damage restoration, metal roofing, and insurance claim assistance for residential properties across Kingston Springs and the surrounding county, backed by manufacturer-certified installation on every job.
Kingston Springs grew up around a hotel and tavern built in 1819 near mineral springs believed to have therapeutic value, and the resort that followed put the town on the map generations before it incorporated in 1965. Thirteen cottages from the 1860s still stand on the historic hotel property, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Municipal sewer service arrived in 1989, and the population has grown steadily since, from around 1,000 that year to nearly 2,800 by 2020.
Contact us to schedule a free roof inspection for your Kingston Springs home.
A small town like Kingston Springs runs on word of mouth, and a contractor who cuts a corner on one job hears about it on the next three. We would rather earn the work slowly and keep it.
The historic cottages near Kingston Springs’ old resort property need a more careful hand than the newer construction built since the 1989 sewer expansion, and we assess each on its own history. Cheatham County storm claims are handled directly with your insurance adjuster from start to finish.
We are a GAF Certified Residential Roofing Contractor and CertainTeed ShingleMaster, available 24/7, with financing from $99 a month and 0% APR options. Veterans, active military and first responders receive 10% off.
Built on Repeat Customers
Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or were sent by someone who did. That only happens if you do the job right the first time.

Industry-Leading Warranties Every roof we install is backed by a workmanship warranty from us and a manufacturer warranty on materials. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we come back and make it right.
We assess your roof top to bottom and show you exactly what we find. No cost, no pressure.
It depends on the home’s age. A historic cottage near the old resort property is a different job than a newer build. We inspect first and price against what we find.
Size, pitch and material set the baseline. We measure the actual roof and put a defined scope in writing rather than quoting a rate from the street.
Yes. Cheatham County sees regular spring hail and wind, and we inspect the full roof and are available 24/7.
