Poseyville is a small town in Posey County, about twenty miles northwest of Evansville, laid out in 1840 along the old coach road between New Harmony and Princeton. Much of what stands in the center of town dates from the late nineteenth century, including the Carnegie library the town secured in 1905 as one of the smallest communities in the state ever to get one. Outside that historic core, most of what we work on is farmhouse and rural residential property spread across the surrounding township.
Roofs in this part of Posey County take the full weight of Ohio Valley weather with none of the shelter a larger town provides. Open farmland gives straight-line winds a long run at a roof edge, and the county sits squarely in the corridor that catches spring hail moving up from the southwest. Older rural properties often carry original decking, multiple roof layers and outbuildings that have never been properly assessed.
We work throughout Poseyville and Posey County. Contact us to schedule a free roof inspection.
Plenty of contractors will not drive out to a town this size for a single roof, or they will quote it high enough to make the trip worth their while. We are based in Southern Indiana and Posey County is part of our home patch, so a Poseyville job gets the same crew, the same materials and the same price structure as one in Evansville.
Rural properties also come with work that town roofers often skip. Barns, machine sheds and detached garages are usually the first structures to fail and the last ones anybody looks at, and they are frequently where a storm claim actually lives. We assess everything on the property, not just the house.
We are a GAF Certified Residential Roofing Contractor and CertainTeed ShingleMaster, available 24/7, and we handle insurance claims directly with your adjuster. Financing runs from $99 a month with 0% APR options and $0 down, and veterans, active military and first responders receive 10% off.
Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or were sent by someone who did. That only happens if you do the job right the first time.
Every roof we install is backed by a workmanship warranty from us and a manufacturer warranty on materials. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we come back and make it right.
We assess your roof top to bottom and show you exactly what we find. No cost, no pressure.
Rural properties vary more than town housing, so we price against what we find rather than a standard rate. What we do not do is add a premium for the drive out. Posey County is inside our normal working area from Southern Indiana.
Size, pitch and material set the base. On older farm property, existing roof layers and decking condition often add to the scope, and neither shows until the old roof is off. We inspect properly and put a defined scope in writing.
Yes. Open farmland gives straight-line winds a long run at a roof edge, and Posey County sits in the corridor that catches spring hail. We inspect the house and every outbuilding, and we are available 24/7.
If it came from a covered event, usually. Rural claims are commonly underpaid because barns, sheds and detached garages get left out entirely. We document every structure on the property and work with your adjuster directly.
Yes, and on rural property it is frequently the better answer. Metal outperforms asphalt on barns, machine sheds and outbuildings, and it stands up to open-country wind exposure.
Yes, 24/7. We will secure the roof to stop water reaching the structure and plan the permanent work once the weather allows.
Yes, at no cost and no obligation, covering the house and any outbuildings, with a written assessment at the end.
Yes. We work Posey County as part of our regular Southern Indiana coverage, and a Poseyville job gets the same crew, materials and pricing as one in Evansville.
